Trojan virus detection !
Added by LEBLAN Coralie almost 5 years ago
The SONAR.Heur.RGC!g75 trojan virus has been detected by Symantec Endpoint Protection when running computreegui.exe on Windows (7 - 64b).
As a result, the exe file has been quarantined.
Is there really a problem with the exe file or is this a false positive detection ?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
ComputreeGui.exe has been compiled with standard distributions of Qt and Visual Microsoft Visual Studio, on a secured computer.
So there is cleary no good reason for it to have a trojan.
So it must be a false positive.
Note that according to some forums, “SONAR.Heur.RGC!g75” seems to be sometime false detected by Symantec, with programs compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio.
Best regards.
