How to remove unwanted branches and fix holes in branches
I am using ST 32 and have two questions...
1. How can I remove branches which are clearly from another tree?
2. And is the only option to fix “holes” in branches to play around with the euclidean clustering? The allometry step can’t link two cylinders with another cylinder the same size somehow? (The QSM takes a while so I ask if there is any manual step after the QSM rather than doing it all over again.. )
Thank you again

sorry I missed your 3 weeks old request. There is not manual interaction for my QSMs. Alexandre has a manual correction step for the segmentation. How it works I do not know. It should be in plugin ONF contained. This might already maybe fix a) and b).
I am not completely sure what you mean with b). You find under filters a gap closing filter called “upsacle cloud”. I do not use it anymore and it was only needed to prevent crashes of my QSM step 1 year ago.
You can to improve the topology, e.g. crop undesired branches, with the tool from AMAP studio, see in my tutorial for external tools (https://youtu.be/mIN0hPxRrL0?t=360). That might be best.
